Medewerkers moeten <strong>vermijden<\/strong> om dergelijke gegevens via WhatsApp te delen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Gebruik van WhatsApp door medewerkers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Medewerkers erkennen dat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professionele WhatsApp-communicatie <strong>kan worden ingezien<\/strong> voor operationele doeleinden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Berichten en beelden de <strong>privacy en vertrouwelijkheid<\/strong> moeten respecteren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WhatsApp <strong>niet mag worden gebruikt voor gevoelige of vertrouwelijke gegevens<\/strong>, tenzij strikt noodzakelijk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Quelles donn\u00e9es collectons-nous ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de l\u2019utilisation de WhatsApp, nous pouvons traiter les cat\u00e9gories de donn\u00e9es suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1. Donn\u00e9es d\u2019identification<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nom et pr\u00e9nom (tels qu\u2019indiqu\u00e9s dans WhatsApp ou dans nos syst\u00e8mes internes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone professionnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9ventuellement : fonction \/ r\u00f4le au sein de l\u2019entreprise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2. Contenu des messages<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Messages texte<\/strong> envoy\u00e9s via WhatsApp (conversations dans le cadre de l\u2019activit\u00e9 professionnelle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Images \/ photos \/ vid\u00e9os<\/strong> partag\u00e9es par les employ\u00e9s, par exemple :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>photos prises sur site (\u00e9v\u00e8nements, installations, stands, mat\u00e9riel, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contenus visuels envoy\u00e9s pour la coordination ou la documentation de projets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documents<\/strong> joints envoy\u00e9s ou re\u00e7us via WhatsApp (PDF, images, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3. M\u00e9tadonn\u00e9es techniques<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Date et heure d\u2019envoi \/ de r\u00e9ception des messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informations techniques limit\u00e9es fournies par WhatsApp (statut du message, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous ne collectons pas intentionnellement des cat\u00e9gories particuli\u00e8res de donn\u00e9es sensibles (par ex. donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9, opinions politiques) via ce canal. Les employ\u00e9s sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 <strong>ne pas utiliser WhatsApp<\/strong> pour transmettre ce type de donn\u00e9es, sauf si cela est strictement n\u00e9cessaire et conforme aux proc\u00e9dures internes d\u2019O3 Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pour quelles finalit\u00e9s utilisons-nous ces donn\u00e9es ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es sont utilis\u00e9es exclusivement dans le cadre de l\u2019activit\u00e9 professionnelle d\u2019O3 Group, et notamment pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Organisation et gestion op\u00e9rationnelle<\/strong> des projets et \u00e9v\u00e9nements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication interne<\/strong> entre les \u00e9quipes et collaborateurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication avec les clients, partenaires et fournisseurs<\/strong>, lorsque cela passe par WhatsApp<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Suivi des interventions, reporting terrain, support<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gestion de la relation client<\/strong> (dans le cadre B2B)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preuves d\u2019ex\u00e9cution ou de livraison<\/strong> (par ex. photos d\u2019installation, pr\u00e9sence sur site, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La base l\u00e9gale du traitement est, selon le cas :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019<strong>int\u00e9r\u00eat l\u00e9gitime<\/strong> d\u2019O3 Group \u00e0 organiser et suivre ses activit\u00e9s et \u00e0 communiquer efficacement avec ses employ\u00e9s et partenaires (art. 6.1.f RGPD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019<strong>ex\u00e9cution du contrat<\/strong> avec ses clients ou fournisseurs (art. 6.1.b RGPD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le <strong>consentement<\/strong> de la personne concern\u00e9e, lorsque cela est requis (par ex. pour l\u2019utilisation d\u2019images de personnes identifiables dans un contexte promotionnel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Utilisation de WhatsApp et r\u00f4le des employ\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O3 Group utilise <strong>WhatsApp<\/strong> comme outil de communication dans un cadre strictement professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s sont inform\u00e9s que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les contenus \u00e9chang\u00e9s via les canaux WhatsApp professionnels peuvent \u00eatre <strong>consult\u00e9s dans le cadre de la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle<\/strong> (suivi de projets, contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9, support, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ils doivent veiller \u00e0 <strong>respecter la vie priv\u00e9e<\/strong> des personnes photographi\u00e9es ou film\u00e9es et \u00e0 ne pas partager d\u2019images inappropri\u00e9es ou non n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ils ne peuvent pas utiliser WhatsApp pour des <strong>donn\u00e9es sensibles<\/strong> ou pour des informations confidentielles si un autre canal plus s\u00e9curis\u00e9 est mis \u00e0 leur disposition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Partage des donn\u00e9es avec des tiers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pouvons partager certaines donn\u00e9es avec :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fournisseurs de services techniques<\/strong> qui nous assistent dans la gestion de nos syst\u00e8mes ou int\u00e9grations (par ex. solutions li\u00e9es \u00e0 WhatsApp Business, h\u00e9bergement, outils de reporting).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clients ou partenaires<\/strong>, lorsque cela est n\u00e9cessaire pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019un contrat (par ex. preuve de r\u00e9alisation, reporting visuel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, les donn\u00e9es transitent via la plateforme <strong>WhatsApp<\/strong> (Meta), qui agit comme fournisseur de service de communication. L\u2019utilisation de WhatsApp est \u00e9galement soumise aux <strong>conditions d\u2019utilisation<\/strong> et \u00e0 la <strong>politique de confidentialit\u00e9<\/strong> de WhatsApp\/Meta, auxquelles vous pouvez vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer directement sur leurs sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous ne vendons pas vos donn\u00e9es \u00e0 des tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Transferts hors de l\u2019Espace \u00e9conomique europ\u00e9en (EEE)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>WhatsApp \/ Meta peut traiter certaines donn\u00e9es en dehors de l\u2019EEE. Dans ce cas, nous veillons \u00e0 ce que des <strong>garanties appropri\u00e9es<\/strong> soient en place (telles que les clauses contractuelles types approuv\u00e9es par la Commission europ\u00e9enne), conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation applicable en mati\u00e8re de protection des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
