The visual layer of your event, produced in our workshop and print shop: stage backdrops, welcome walls, directional signage, badges, name displays, digital walls. Printed, cut, mounted and delivered straight to the venue by the crew that installs it — dimensions checked against the venue plan before it leaves the shop.
The venue turned into your event: lounge zones, cocktail furniture, tables, linen, plants, lighting design, atmosphere. We source from our own rental catalogue (Event Rentals), we place, we style, we take pictures for approval, and we strike after the last guest leaves.
Every event has 200 small moments that need to hit on time. We build the run-of-show with you, brief every crew and speaker, keep the timings in headsets and radios, run the guest flow (arrival, plenary, breakouts, walking dinner), and adjust in real time when the CEO overruns by 12 minutes. O3 Group is a marketing and events partner based in Heverlee (Leuven) that brings event production, equipment and guest reception together. We deliver kick-offs, conventions, town halls, hospitality evenings, VIP dinners and internal launches in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Liège and venues across the country. From plenary halls to breweries and industrial spaces, our team coordinates the venue setup and run-of-show. Welcome walls are printed in our workshop, lounge furniture comes from our rental catalogue, and reception staff come from our own agency. One on-site producer connects the teams, while you work with one point of contact and one quote, followed by a debrief within five working days.
