O3 Group is a marketing and events partner based in Heverlee (Leuven) that stores and distributes marketing materials across Belgium and beyond when needed. Marketing Warehouse includes the MyBrand portal for stock visibility, online ordering and reporting, so your teams can request materials without chasing separate suppliers. We deliver to stores, jobfairs, hotel meeting rooms and event sites. Our warehouse team handles kitting for launches and roadshows, pick & pack for campaign requests, quality checks on returns, refurbishment of POS material and end-of-campaign stock decisions. Because production and storage work together, new material enters stock with the right reference and photo, while returning equipment is checked by teams familiar with it.
