A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. It may be used to recognise you, remember your preferences or measure traffic. Some are essential for the site to work, others are used for advertising (not with us).

Strictly necessary cookies — used only to make the site work:

• Language preference: remembers your EN / FR / NL choice. Duration: session or 1 year.
• Admin session (back office): only for users logged into the O3 back office. Secure session cookie (Supabase Auth), expires on sign-out. Has no impact on public site visitors.

These cookies are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy Directive because they are strictly necessary for the service requested.

To understand what works (or doesn't) on our site, we use Umami Analytics, a European audience measurement tool:

• No cookie is set.
• No identifiable IP address is stored.
• No advertising profile, no cross-site tracking.
• All data stays anonymous and hosted in the EU.

This is why our site is GDPR-compliant without having to ask for your consent for statistics.

Our site loads no third-party advertising script: no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight, no social share button that tracks you. Zero.

Even though we use almost none, you obviously stay in control. You can at any time:

• Delete cookies already in your browser.
• Block cookies for all sites or ours only.
• Enable private / incognito browsing.

Every browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge…) offers these options in its privacy settings.

This policy may evolve if we add or remove a tool. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest update. For any material change, we'll notify returning visitors.
