We select on brief rather than by pool availability: your account manager receives a shortlist of hostesses, promoteam members, cloakroom attendants, shuttle drivers or parking hosts who actually match your sector, your languages (FR/NL/EN, plus DE, IT, ES and more on request) and your dress code. Every crew is briefed on the guest journey, dressed to match your identity, and led by one on-site staff lead who reports to your project manager — never a random pool of freelancers who met that morning. Because we're also a stand builder, a print shop and an event producer, our hostesses often work on productions we produce end-to-end, which shows: they know where the cloakroom is, why the lounge is empty for 20 minutes, and when to intercept a lost VIP.
